Hi, I’m Jonas Meir. I work as a DAAD lecturer at Sorbonne Nouvelle University in Paris, and I am pursuing a PhD on AI mediated writing practices and human machine interaction.
I hold a master’s degree in education with a focus on German, Latin, and Spanish. I am interested in the science of learning, human AI interaction, and the everyday uses of generative AI in education. I also care about what language learning looks like when AI becomes part of the routine.
This blog is my public notebook. I use it to keep my thinking in order, share work in progress, and collect the questions that come up along the way.
